Catena is a multidisciplinary magazine built on connection - a series of links between forms, voices, and ways of seeing. Rooted in literature, but embracing all forms of creative expression, we seek work that is emotionally rigorous, curious, and deeply attentive to language and image.Born from the impulse to create rather than confine, Catena embraces fluidity. It isn’t bound by genres or mediums; instead, it reflects the layered, overlapping nature of creativity itself. Each piece becomes part of a larger chain - distinct on its own, yet stronger in relation to the rest.At its core, Catena is about resonance - the links that bind art, literature, and the people who engage with them.
